I recently used Ronald Fletcher & Co for the sale of my house and the subsequent purchase of my new property. There were a number of complicated issues to navigate, including matters relating to a ransom strip and a very difficult buyer. Throughout the process, the team at Ronald Fletcher handled everything with professionalism, diligence, and a reassuring level of expertise. They kept me informed at every stage, offered clear advice, and were consistently proactive in resolving challenges before they became problems. Their calm and competent approach made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and well-supported. I would not hesitate to recommend Ronald Fletcher & Co to anyone looking for a highly capable and reliable firm of solicitors.

I have a worst experience Mrs Sashi Pararajasingam at Ronald fletcher & co LLP. When I initially contacted Mrs Rajasingham regarding my case, she asked me to meet her at her private residence. During this meeting, I explained my current visa situation. She immediately informed me that I was on the wrong visa pathway and insisted that my case needed to be completely changed. Despite my doubts and concerns, she assured me that the change could be made without issue. She photocopied my documents and later sent me a consent form to sign, which I did. She then contacted my previous lawyer and obtained all my documents from them without clearly explaining what she planned to do next. She initially told me that I would not need to pay anything at the first stage, but later stated that the total fee for her services would be approximately £2,400. When I explained that I could not afford that amount, she offered to accept payments in instalments, which I agreed to. She also stated that I would need to pay £2,800 for the Home Office application, and charged me an additional £300 for services or documents I was not properly informed about. I paid when she urge me . After receiving the payments, Mrs Rajasingham became unresponsive. She stopped answering my phone calls and did not reply to my emails. I had no idea what was happening with my case. Her assistants could not provide any updates, as they appeared unaware of my case status. Eventually, she answered one of my calls and told me that my application had likely been rejected, but gave no further explanation. When I asked what my options were, she simply advised me to “stay away from the Home Office,” which I believe is highly inappropriate and potentially unlawful advice. Since then, she has not responded to any of my messages or calls. I later learned that she is no longer working at Ronald fletcher . Please stay away for Sashi pararajasingam . As she doesn’t have any professionalism , transparency .

Ronald Fletcher & Co LLP – Sashi Pararajasingam I had a terrible experience with Sashi Pararajasingam at Ronald Fletcher & Co LLP. She charged me around £1,800, yet refused even a modest £10 discount when I requested it, showing a purely money-focused approach.showing a complete lack of flexibility and understanding of a client’s financial situation. When I tried to discuss my concerns, I was met with threats and intimidation, including being accused of harassment just for trying to get updates on my own case. This kind of unprofessional, money-minded behavior is unacceptable, and their lack of basic knowledge on critical issues like IHS fee refunds only added to my frustration. She uneducated lacks basic knowledge of critical procedures, like how to get a refund for the IHS fee, which is unacceptable for a solicitor. When I asked what documents they needed for my case, they confidently told me, "No need, you’re going to win the case," which proved to be completely false. After taking my money, their interest in my case vanished. I called and emailed them hundreds of times, but my concerns were mostly ignored. When I finally reached them, I was accused of harassment and threatened with complaints just for trying to follow up on my own case. To make matters worse, when my case was lost, they didn’t even bother to inform me. I only found out after seven days when I kept chasing them. Their response? "Our colleague is on vacation." They also failed to apply for an administrative review after I specifically requested it, leaving me completely unsupported. This firm lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic client respect. Save your money and peace of mind – stay far away from this solicitor and Ronald Fletcher & Co LLP.

I urgently required Independent Legal Advice on a Personal Guarantee and Anand Virdi arranged to see me on the same day to provide the advice. He provided clear, succinct and professional advice and dealt with all the necessary formalities in a very timely manner. Helped me to complete my purchase prior to the impending SDLT increase! Top service and highly rated solicitors' firm.
