Miesha and all the team were extremely helpful and professional throughout our relationship with them as they dealt with all matters related to my late fathers estate including a house sale and probate. I have recently sold my house through Russell & Co Solicitors (using Lianne Curtis specifically there). Lianne was friendly, thorough, informative, helpful, and professional throughout. I was kept up to date with all matters at all times and in a timely way. When Lianne took some time off I was seamlessly passed over to a stand-in/colleague and things continued perfectly (so records and handover internally seem to be of a high standard). If I had one small surprise (which was by no means a detraction, in fact) was that they promote the usage of their website and mobile app to see the state of your case, but at no time was this updated. I have no qualms in recommending Russell & Co for any conveyancing.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Donna for the sale of a property in Worcester. The service I received was second to none. All the paperwork came through to me within 24 hours, I was kept informed at all stages via email, whenever we needed to speak, she was there to take my call!! Outstanding work, and I can't recommend her and Russell and Co enough.
