RVS have been my solicitor for 18 months or so, and yesterday the courts ruled in my favour to get a significant increase in my access to my child. I honestly don’t know where I would have been without them, particularly my point of contact, Searen, who was nothing short of brilliant. Incredibly knowledgeable, lovely to talk to, and had genuine concern for my wellbeing and the outcome of my case. I would recommend RVS to anyone, and wouldn’t think twice to appoint them again if (god forbid) I was in the same position again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I chose RVS after a web search of Family Solicitors, I was very impressed with their website and the level of details and advice it gave. I requested a call from the contact form and received a call from Rakhi soon after, she was absolutely lovely and gave me a tonne of free advice over the phone. After following Rakhi's advice, my co-parent was still not willing to play ball and as such, I was left with no option but to engage with RVS and move things forward. Dimithri was allocated to my case and little did I know, Dimithri would turn out to be one of the caring and conscientious professionals I have had the privilege to work with! Dimithri was very thorough and ensured nothing was left to chance. Her statements and paperwork/hearing preparations are unmatched, but most importantly of all, Dimithri spent the time to lay out very clearly what was expected, by when, and was patient and understanding along the way.
