If I could leave a ten-star review instead of five stars I would do it in a heartbeat. This firm of highly professional solicitors is outstanding, and I would like to mention the ones involved in my case. A special thanks to Dominic Lee and his amazing team who took my case on, it was a long traumatic time for me, however, Dominic has shown me nothing but compassion, and kindness, and his knowledge is just outstanding. Phone calls and emails were answered immediately, and Dominic was persistent fair, thorough, and transparent throughout. I was impressed by his dedication to achieving the best outcome for me, which he did. I cannot express my gratitude for the outstanding representation throughout my case for the care and dedication shown, and for the achievement of a successful outcome. I will be forever grateful. Sarah Davies was very helpful and took the time to explain every step of the way. This company was very helpful and professional. They corresponded thoroughly and explained things clearly. I felt comfortable confiding sensitive information and they showed genuine care. If I need further assistance I know I can approach them again.

Isabel Jacques is incredible, she listens advises and is so compassionate to her clients she has helped me every step of the way and guided me through a really tough process. Josh and Jess was amazing!! My child custody case was very complex as it was our third case in the family courts as previous cases with other solicitors and courts let my daughter down which meant we had to go back to court for the third time. Josh and Jess made all the difference to my case as they was supportive I felt heard as my case was concerning domestic abuse and emotional abuse to my daughter. They believed in me and my case Josh supported me in court and at times it was hard but his support made all the difference. I am also dyslexic and again Josh was so helpful with this especially when preparing court statements. In the end we got the result that was right for my daughter and I can’t thank them enough.

I have recently used Sills and Betteridge for a house purchase in conjunction with a transfer of equity. Hayley and her team were absolutely outstanding. They really went above and beyond at with every part of the process. I was astounded by the communication I received from Hayley and her team. They were extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. Having never used a solicitor before I wasn’t sure what to expect and Sills and Betteridge really exceeded my expectations. The process for me was not smooth due to an extremely incapable solicitors firm working for the other party however I have no doubt that it is thanks to sills and betteridge that my purchase completed. They worked tirelessly and put so many hours in to making sure I got across the finish line. The team were professional and caring the entire way through and always made time to talk to me when I had concerns or did not understand something. I genuinely could not recommend Sills and Betteridge enough and I will most certainly use them again.
