I am writing to give my thanks in a formal manner to Simon Cooper, who handled and expertly guided the recent sale of my mother's flat. It wasn't an easy process by any means but throughout Simon was thorough, attentive and patient - so thorough in fact that he actually saved my mother a not inconsiderable amount of money by querying an anomaly in the small print of one of the original free holder contracts - and this was on the last day before completion when in theory everything had been tied up. Thank you Simon on behalf of myself, my sister and most importantly my mother for you hard work.

Incredibly rude reception staff. I phoned to ask if their services include assisting with a transfer of equity to be met with a blunt and rude response with no confirmation as to whether they could help of not. When I mentioned I was looking for just confirmation if they provide the service, the receptionist proceeded to hang up on me. AVOID THIS SOLICITOR. Very unprofessional.
