Having filled out the enquiry form on the firms website, I received a telephone call on a Saturday morning to discuss our case. We were already well into the process of appealing a decision to deny our daughter a student loan, so ultimately didn't use the legal channel, as that appeal was successful.However, the tone of the call was helpful, clear, and supportive, without being pushy. We were clear about our options going forward, and had made the decision, that, in the event of our appeal failing, we would then enrol the help of this solicitors firm.

Hina Thakra is a superb solicitor . Infact she is one of the best solicitors I've ever used . I had a very stressful disrepair case that took months to settle. The exsperence was very stressful as I had alot of issues with my landlord . Hina kept me updated at all times and did not give up on my case . She was supportive very professional and very easy to get on with . Her tactics are exstreamly useful and her advice was always in favour for the best outcome. She is a senior solictor with years of knowledge. This firm I'd used again if Hina was available as she understands her clients need .
