Don’t do it to yourself. Incompetent staff, management just as bad. You’ll spend more time on the phone chasing updates then working on your case. They ended up “forgetting to submit our file to court” complete and utter scam. Made several complaints during the case to directors but was met with the same attitide and disregard.

This organisation cares nothing about social justice. The worse experience. They are very unprofessional. If you use this service you will have to fight VLS for an update on your case. Very condescending responses from staff and you will feel your mental health worsening just from having to deal with them. I wish I looked at their reviews before signing up to them. You will slowly notice how unprofessional they are and might question yourself? Your not crazy they don't care or respect the clients time or concerns. I did see some small progress in my case but it wasn't worth the extreme anxiety and stress.
