absolutely outrageous, I have been waiting over 7 months for them to call me back give me updates, when I call them to see what’s going on they don’t even remember anything about the case, there surveyor that they send out is just shocking I have been waiting 5 months for a report that I was told it would take 10 working days, this company should not exist they do not know what they are doing at all!!! They are a scam

One of the worst company I have come across Samantha does not reply to email when they say there going to call back they don’t costumer service extremely poor does not exist there’s no clarity with emails they over look them which cause a lot of misunderstanding, for something as important as this I would expect principal, this is people lives and it should be taking serious with assertiveness. Do not wast your time with this company.

Over the past four years, Sumeia has supported me firmly as my solicitor during some of my most difficult years. Having lived in a counil housing of disrepair for almost a decade, it impacted me mentally, physically and emotionally. I never see search solicitor before I met them when my ex was chasing me and my daughter,they advice and courage me through the court process until everything was successful. I’m so grateful. Thank you VL solicitor especially Sumiea.
