Billie from Wilkin and Chapman is an absolute star ✨ Not actually our solicitor but the previous home owners. Helped no end with some issues we had two years on from the initial sale. They were HONEST about the situation, which is really refreshing and appreciated, customer service was above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. Will definitely be exclusively using Wilkin and Chapman moving forward

Friendly welcome, tight parking facilities but it is in a busy area in Lincoln. Lovely airy, smart offices with a fabulous view over the Marina. Excellent service, knowledgeable, efficient and approachable staff. They got the job done despite endless hurdles. Would definitely recommend

I'm currently in the process of dealing with a legal dispute, and a friend recommended I speak to Katherine Marshall from Wilkin Chapman. I've called round a few places in Lincoln to assess my options, but I can honestly say that Katherine went above and beyond to try to help me. She outlined my options and was clear about the pros and cons of each, even with regards to options that meant I wouldn't need a solicitor at all. She was kind, professional, and just generally a lovely person. I left our conversation feeling much less bewildered and with a solid plan of what to do next. I cannot recommend her enough. She's a credit to her company and I wouldn't hesitate to use Wilkin Chapman if I have the misfortune of being involved in a dispute again in the future. Thank you, Katherine!

We have recently worked with Jo Sworder and her team on a number of property sales recently and the entire process has been seamless thanks to them. All aspects of the sale were completed to in a timely manner and each sale went through without a hitch thanks to Jo. We look forward with working with Wilkin Chapman again in the future!

I last wrote a review for Wilkin Chapman 4 years ago about how fantastic the team was in dealing with the sale of my first house. I wanted to write another review after another great experience of selling my property and buying another. Many thanks to Jo Sworder, Kelly Flear and Sarah Whinnerah for the very professional service and great communication throughout. Very lovely people. I can't recommend this team enough.
