Billie from Wilkin and Chapman is an absolute star ✨ Not actually our solicitor but the previous home owners. Helped no end with some issues we had two years on from the initial sale. They were HONEST about the situation, which is really refreshing and appreciated, customer service was above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. I'm currently in the process of dealing with a legal dispute, and a friend recommended I speak to Katherine Marshall from Wilkin Chapman. I've called round a few places in Lincoln to assess my options, but I can honestly say that Katherine went above and beyond to try to help me. She outlined my options and was clear about the pros and cons of each, even with regards to options that meant I wouldn't need a solicitor at all. She was kind, professional, and just generally a lovely person. I left our conversation feeling much less bewildered and with a solid plan of what to do next. I cannot recommend her enough. We have recently worked with Jo Sworder and her team on a number of property sales recently and the entire process has been seamless thanks to them. Friendly welcome, tight parking facilities but it is in a busy area in Lincoln. Lovely airy, smart offices with a fabulous view over the Marina. Excellent service, knowledgeable, efficient and approachable staff. They got the job done despite endless hurdles. Would definitely recommend
