I was a first time buyer using Wilson Nesbitt and the service they provided was very quick and easy. They also have an app that you can use to keep an eye on the progress of the sale and what steps are needed. I would highly recommend this company.

Wilson Nesbitt solicitors were outstanding. Our house purchase took 8 weeks from start to finish. We were kept continually informed throughout the process, and everything was easily accessed through email. The app is an excellent tool as it allows you to see where you are at any time in the process. The link for messages is also easy to use. Wilson Nesbitt provided an excellent follow-up service. I recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell their home use Wilson Nesbitt Solicitors. I can say this honestly as we sold our home and used another local solicitor, which was not as efficient and caused a few hiccups due to lost paperwork etc.

I had an excellent experience with Wilson Nesbitt Solicitors when selling a property. I was very happy with every encounter with the staff, who were friendly and professional. I had easy access to my solicitor who handled all my questions efficiently and in a timely manner. The portal that I had access to was easy to navigate and ensured that I was kept informed at all times. I would not hesitate to use Wilson Nesbitt again in future.

5 star experience from start to finish when purchasing my first home. Communication was 100% and any questions I had were dealt with immediately & they helped me understand every process throughout. Very friendly & efficient. The app also is excellent as you can follow the process & see that actual work is being done.. extremely happy overall.
