Our house was agreed for sale in July 2024. When we contacted Wilson Nesbitt to let them know we were putting the house on the market, we received information from them relating to the conveyancing process. This information laid out clearly the terms and conditions. Once the house sale was agreed I was able to track its progress using the customer online portal. This was updated regularly. In addition to the information on the portal, I was in frequent email contact with a specific member of staff.

Although Lauren Burns was our initial contact and legal professional in this project I would like to mention Kelly. The majority of my communication channeled through Kelly. She demonstrated professionalism with patience as my impatience grew. I called / emailed each day to hear of the smallest development and Kelly never failed to respond. Each profession can become complacent as what can be traumatic for the customer can be a normal occurrence in that field. Neither Kelly or Lauren made me feel I was being unreasonable in my demands even though, and more so on reflection, I probably was.
