I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with April, Ian and the rest of the team at Wilson Nesbitt. As a first time buyer I needed a lot explained to me and thanks entirely to Wilson Nesbitt I was never overwhelmed. I knew I could pick-up the phone and quickly run through any queries, this human touch was greatly appreciated. Also, I downloaded their app and was able to track where my application was at with a few clicks. My mortgage broker was also impressed by how efficiently my case progressed. Overall what could have been a daunting experience was actually made enjoyable. I won't hesitate to recommend Wilson Nesbitt to friends & family.

Wilson Nesbitt solicitors were outstanding. Our house purchase took 8 weeks from start to finish. We were kept continually informed throughout the process, and everything was easily accessed through email. The app is an excellent tool as it allows you to see where you are at any time in the process. The link for messages is also easy to use. Wilson Nesbitt provided an excellent follow-up service. I recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell their home use Wilson Nesbitt Solicitors. I can say this honestly as we sold our home and used another local solicitor, which was not as efficient and caused a few hiccups due to lost paperwork etc.

I was a first time buyer using Wilson Nesbitt and the service they provided was very quick and easy. They also have an app that you can use to keep an eye on the progress of the sale and what steps are needed. I would highly recommend this company.
