Lisa was incredible, patient and present in the moment. I felt Lisa was approachable unlike the previous experience I had in court where I did not know what to expect and felt I was being judged by my solicitor who was abrupt and short with me. Lisa on the other hand seemed truly impartial. If actually felt like she wanted to help me resolve the matter in the best way possible. I was very grateful for her help.
