Emily and Kate have both been fantastic!! I have sold 3 properties and purchased 1 with them across 2023 and 2024 and every transaction has run smooth! Their attention to detail and enthusiasm to move cases forward in a efficient manner is unbeatable. I am a mortgage adviser and work alongside conveyancing solicitors on a daily basis with my job but I can honestly say, hand on heart that I have never come across a better duo than these two. Dealt with a Kate Williams from DTM Legal, who’s been exemplary. She went over and beyond her job role to try and help us out on a house completion when our previous solicitors firm closed down and left us in a right mess. Can’t recommend her enough for her outstanding customer service.. Thanks Kate for everything you’ve done to try and help us out of the mess.
