I had a really positive experience right from my initial enquiry taken by the receptionist, who handled the call both professionally and efficiently. Within the hour I had a response from Levi Salt - Trainee Solicitor, who showed empathy to my situation and again, showed a great deal of professionalism during the initial stages and managed the process effectively whilst keeping in regular contact through to completion of my legal matter - evidently nothing was too much trouble. Further, the expertise of my Solicitor, Omar Mahmoud who I was able to see same day, clearly explained everything to me and provided the re-assurance I was seeking during what has been a very difficult time for me and my family. I would highly recommend Glover Priest Solicitors and thanks to their entire team for their due care and support throughout what would have otherwise been a complex legal process. I have had a nothing but positive experiences. I have been instructing/dealing with these on several matters over the last 7 years and always dealt with Rhys and the latest matter was with Rhys & Kerry. Every-time its the same efficient experience. It’s seamless and any legal jargon thrown into the mix mainly from other parties questions have been explained in layman’s terms. From initial enquiry to completion it’s been smooth and they have always responded in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to instruct them and let them take the stress away. Thanks team.
