This is the worst law firm I have ever encountered. Initially, there were unreasonable delays, and secondly, the solicitor fees were exorbitantly high. We were incorrectly charged £5040 for a period extending over four months, which typically should have taken only one or two months. Based on the work performed, we kindly request a refund of £2000. If this matter is not resolved, we will have no alternative but to file a formal complaint with the Solicitors Regulation Authority and other government departments, which could result in significant penalties for your firm. Louise Campbell is handling our case. I await your response so that we can determine our next course of action.

Matthew Claxson and his team dealt with our injury claims involving multiple family members. From the outset he explained everything clearly and regular check-ins meant we were updated every step of the way. He was easy to contact and quick to respond to all communication. I found him to be professional, pro-active and patient throughout. He and his team worked efficiently to arrange last-minute appointments just before Christmas which I imagine was quite the challenge. He helped secure a positive outcome and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Moore Barlow LLP is the worst law firm I have encountered in the UK, and I do not wish for anyone else to receive services from this firm. I sold a business through them last year, and the legal process took more than four months, with all sorts of difficulties and delays. It was not until November 25th that it was finally completed. Moreover, they charged a huge legal fee of £5040. I believe such a high fee is in violation of the UK’s legal fee regulations. The lawyer handling this case was Louise Campbell. Please remember this name
