Contacting this company via email or phone is a nightmare! 13th August emailed as they requested me to, to resolve and 7 days later not even acknowledged my email nor responded to resolve the issues! Over a year ago - 15th September - I received the first of numerous threatening emails from Shakespeare Martineau Solicitors on behalf of Farriers Automotive Ltd. They threatened me to sign documents which they would draft to basically control my freedom of speech. When a company makes "USE" of your personal data and keeps on assuring for 9 months that they will take a look at and rectify the issue but never ever commit to do it - how long do you patiently wait. With a service and mot required every year 9 months is a long time to put up with inconsistencies. 1 star reviews were written which they clearly did not appreciate. Well tbvh I didn't appreciate being made "USE" of by this company and then i was also falsely accused of not having paid for my service! I had paid, payment within hours of invoice being received in the post but due to issues he requested that she sort a refund but apparently for some unknown reason she was not able to enquire as to why the refund for previous service and mot was to be issued - so she just falsely accuses! They pursued threatening court action to me if I didn't agree to sign this unfair document. Last resort was to threaten me with mediation or sign. I chose mediation in the December and for some reason they went quiet! Do they not want the mediator to be told the truth about the situation the true facts and see the proof of messages, pics etc on my phone or what? I have followed up for a date and as at today - 30th September 2025 no date for mediation has been given. Been told by the Solicitor that the case has not been dropped as the Claimants have not confirmed this. Threatening emails then because they didn't get me to sign their unfair document just go quiet and pretend that you never ever treated me like this! I believe the truth about the way i was made "USE" of by Farriers is to be kept tight lipped and no one is to know about this. I also believe the way I have been treated by them is disgusting. This has caused a breakdown in my relationships as a result of me being made "USE" of and i suffer emotionally abused because of his actions! Family torn apart again, division brought in by the actions and my Christian life severely disrupted amongst the community as a result of this disgusting underhand, devious way of treating me. Enticing a vulnerable female and then discarding her whilst untruthful and fictitious statements were made about me! Unprofessional to instigate threatening emails threatening legal action and then - ignore without a resolution! If you are thinking of instructing Shakespeare Martineau please consider your actions.

I together with my co excutor ( on my recommendations) chose Shakespeare Martineau to complete our duties as executors. This was nearly 3.5 years ago and the frustrations keep mounting. I believe our case has been neglected of time, mismanaged in its totality and still no sign of any commitment. If you are thinking of instructing Shakespeare Martineau please consider your actions.

Contacting this company via phone and email is a nightmare. Multiple emails ignored and sat on hold for 30 minutes to make it to position 1 in the que to be hung up on. Once they finally respond to you they ignore all the questions you've asked so might as well not have bothered to reply. Awful company!

Harv has just don't the conveyancing for me buying a house and I can honestly say it was the smoothest and most efficient process. She always kept me very updated and answered any questions I had so quickly. Really recommend.

I like how I had written a review a few months ago, and this has been deleted. Obviously the review must be true that has made the company delete it. My experience here was terrible. The facilities team in Leicester do not make you feel very comfortable and are very unfriendly. They talk behind your back even being grown ups. They are willing not to teach you anything besides throwing card boxes outside and standing in a post room all day. The reason why I left the company is because of 3 members of staff in the Facilities office In Leicester. I've never seen people as childish and love gossiping on a daily basis.
