I want to make a honest review of that company. I bought with them a property couple years ago and know we are in the process of second. A first one was incredible fast and smooth. HOWEVER a current one which we are in the process is taking absolutely too long and a communication with a solicitor is just horrendous. I know that most people are busy but if i pay for a service i expect a top communication with a fast service. I dont know what happened with a company since the last time but is getting worse and worse. After a conversation with Abbie ive been told that everything is on track. BUT IS NOT! communication and process time are a absolutely nightmare.

If it was possible to leave no stars i would, dealing with these as they are the solicitors in the end of the chain, they never reply spend 4 weeks to get back to all other parties. If i was ever buying a house ever again and these clowns were being used by the seller I 100% would retract my offer and buy another property. Avoid these incompetent cowboys like the plague.

We have just completed on our new home, with only 8 weeks in between our viewing and completion. Taylor Bracewell and more specifically Mark W and assistant Kirsten have been absolutely brilliant. Thorough communication, friendly, professional and super efficient. Thank you so much for such a fantastic service! Would recommend to anybody!!!

After hearing stories about how arduous the conveyancing process is, we weren’t very optimistic. However, the service we received from Andrew Smith was fantastic. He promptly replied to emails and telephone queries and kept us updated throughout the process. From offer to completion, he ensured that everything ran smoothly. We would absolutely use Taylor Bracewell again.
