We had a really poor experience with another Solicitor at a different practice and seemed to be getting nowhere after three and a half years! I have previously used James Melvin-Bath for a family matter and he was amazing, so sought him out again. We liaised with James for a few weeks and jumped ship to Willans and we will be forever grateful we did! We had Bethen Abraham deal with our case, what can I say Beth was a breath of fresh air, just what we needed. Knowledgeable, assertive, pro-active i could carry on..... within 3 months we had a deal agreed and 6 months it's settled. I must also give praise to Suzanne O'Riordan who jumped in very late in the game to resolve a transfer of equity and remortgage in under a week! Only just... thank you all involved at Willans.

Have recently used Willans LLP as I had an issue with a tenant and my rental property. Katie Charlton dealt with this who I cannot recommend highly enough. She was helpful and concise in her advice, thorough and informative. We achieved the necessary outcome, which I don’t believe would have been the case without Katie’s hard work. I found my experience with Willans to be very professional right from the outset. They explained everything clearly to me at the beginning and kept me updated throughout the process ensuring that I understood everything. I had Simon Arneaud acting for me. He is a senior Solicitor who had a calm manner and very in depth knowledge of legal matters. In my matter I found that his years of experience in this field definitely shone through.
