If you want a reliable honest and truthful firm to represent you then you should look elsewhere. This firm took control of a relatives will,many years ago and have dragged their heels through out this time. The excuses keep getting more elaborate every time as to why they haven't paid the beneficiaries what they are due. As far as I can see their draining the money to pay for what they call costs.

We had a really poor experience with another Solicitor at a different practice and seemed to be getting nowhere after three and a half years! I have previously used James Melvin-Bath for a family matter and he was amazing, so sought him out again. We liaised with James for a few weeks and jumped ship to Willans and we will be forever grateful we did! We had Bethen Abraham deal with our case, what can I say Beth was a breath of fresh air, just what we needed. Knowledgeable, assertive, pro-active i could carry on..... within 3 months we had a deal agreed and 6 months it's settled. I must also give praise to Suzanne O'Riordan who jumped in very late in the game to resolve a transfer of equity and remortgage in under a week! Only just... thank you all involved at Willans.
