Willans is the best law firm I have ever had the pleasure of instructing. The conveyancing team, particularly Héloïse made the entire process about as enjoyable as moving house can be. The team was constantly on top of my case, sending relevant and frequent emails and not overwhelming me with too much information- I never felt the need to chase them for information. Héloïse answered all my questions promptly and showed real care for my case, I felt extremely comfortable letting her do her job knowing she would contact me where necessary. She did so well to manage and get the right information from difficult conveyancing teams that our buyers and sellers were using. You could tell within the chain that Willans was the highest quality of conveyancing team. To sum up my experience with Willans in a few words would be: high class, respectful and trustworthy. I shall definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to everyone I know.

Simon was excellent throughout and worked tirelessly to ensure our transaction completed at the earliest opportunity. We’ve moved house 4 times where we needed legal services - this was the best service we have encountered by quite a margin. I would use Willans again without any hesitation.

Héloïse Brittain has been an absolute star and I highly recommend both she and Suzanne to anyone seeking a solicitor to help with a house purchase. I thought buying my first home would be confusing, expensive and stressful but with Héloïse as my solicitor it’s been completely pain-free. I could not be happier with the service I received. Even on her days off my case was handed over to Suzanne, who followed up with diligence and care. I was not confused or left waiting for an answer at any point throughout my buying process. In particular, I recommend Héloïse based on her excellent communication, proactive approach and thorough attention to detail. I received excellent value for money considering the level of professionalism and service.

Willans is a fantastic form of solicitors: We instructed Simon Hodges in the sale of our house in England. Simon is the absolute best at what he does. He’s professional, fast acting and totally unflappable. We have instructed Simon in previous property transactions and if we were buying or selling in England again (we have moved to Scotland now) we would not hesitate to instruct him again. We highly recommend Simon and are hugely grateful to him for all the work he and Willans have done for us.
