We had a really poor experience with another Solicitor at a different practice and seemed to be getting nowhere after three and a half years! I have previously used James Melvin-Bath for a family matter and he was amazing, so sought him out again. We liaised with James for a few weeks and jumped ship to Willans and we will be forever grateful we did! We had Bethen Abraham deal with our case, what can I say Beth was a breath of fresh air, just what we needed. Knowledgeable, assertive, pro-active i could carry on..... within 3 months we had a deal agreed and 6 months it's settled. I must also give praise to Suzanne O'Riordan who jumped in very late in the game to resolve a transfer of equity and remortgage in under a week! Only just... thank you all involved at Willans.

Very professional. Not the cheapest but the advice is invaluable and the work thorough, so well worth every penny. Very good and friendly to deal with and the advice and detailed contractual work saved us so much stress and heartache when things started to get a bit adversarial further down the line following a complicated property sale.

Now that they've finally finished our conveyancing I'll leave a 2 star score since they did eventually manage to do the job. When I can face it I might elaborate on just how awkward and unpleasant our solicitor was, but in short she came one of those people you just dread dealing with.

Have recently used Willans LLP as I had an issue with a tenant and my rental property. Katie Charlton dealt with this who I cannot recommend highly enough. She was helpful and concise in her advice, thorough and informative. We achieved the necessary outcome, which I don’t believe would have been the case without Katie’s hard work.
