We had the pleasure of working with Charlotte Ann’s from Bull & Co, and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From the start, Charlotte communicated clearly and kept us updated throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions promptly and made sure we never felt like just another case. Our buyer’s solicitors were extremely difficult to deal with, but Charlotte persevered and continued pushing forward despite the numerous setbacks. We had set a completion date, and there were many times we doubted it would be possible due to our buyer’s side, but Charlotte remained committed and got the job done. Even when she finished early, Isabelle stepped in to help tie up loose ends. We highly recommend Charlotte Anns and Bull & Co. for their dedication and professionalism. 14 years ago we chose Bull & Co for our first house purchase, we were young and inexperienced. Charlotte and the team were approachable, professional and extremely efficient, guiding us through the process. 14 years later and Bull & Co are still the only company we would consider for assisting us. There isn't a deadline this team can't meet, for which we are extremely grateful! Thank you Bull & Co - for everything!

REVIEW LEFT on behalf of MR and MRS P Now that our purchase and sale are complete we thought it was the right time to write with our grateful thanks to you and your team for the brilliant job you all did for us. Joan spoke to Sue, we think, your receptionist back in February, Coronavirus certainly spread this out. Sue was very helpful and gave out some good information and overall gave us a warm feeling about the company. This resulted in a quote being sent which was clear and unambiguous, this also contrasted well with other companies we had asked for a quote. Our initial good feelings about Bull and Co were to be matched throughout by you, Andrea and Jessica. We knew that you were always on top of things but we also came to realise that you were facing a number of hurdles, not least solicitors who appeared to go missing and solicitors who took an absolute age to respond. You and your Team kept us informed and were always there to answer our questions, reassure us but give us some advice on how we could help to move things forward. All this was done with great professionalism but also with warmth and understanding. It was a real pleasure to talk with any one of you although at times you might have got fed up with us it never showed. Getting the Exchange done with 8 minutes to spare was a great achievement and although we had to pay for a short term rental, it was a lot cheaper than cancelling the removals. We know this was at our risk but because ours was a 3 day move, move dates could not be easily booked or moved. Please pass on our grateful thanks to Andrea and Jessica for all they did for us. Although this was a late life decision we are already very happy here, delivered cocktails last night did no harm. Overall we cannot recommend you highly enough,
